Cuisinart GR-4 Griddler

The Cuisinart Griddler is a great way to build the perfect panini, grill up some chicken breasts for dinner, fry up some eggs for breakfast and reheat the leftovers from last nights dinner. The Griddler is very easy to use and comes ready to go out of the box with drips cups, a dishwasher […]

It’s not watered down like store bottled ketchup nor is it as sweet as many familiar brands on the market. A simple scan of the ingredients shows that the lineup is entirely organic and gluten-free, […]

I’m working from home today. This means I get to make my own lunch the way I like it. When I on the road I don’t get to take my lunch and eating in restaurants gets a little boring at times. I figured a little Buckboard Bacon and Egg sandwich would hit the […]

March Madness: A Guy Not Into Basketball Turns To Food

Over on my blog, WhiteTrash BBQ, I’ve challenged myself to come up with a different main dish for dinner every night of the month of March. It doesn’t have to be fancy, original or even unique but it must not be repeated during the month. I call it March Madness. Day three of March Madness […]

Lip Smackin’ Ribs from The Next Food Network Star

Did anyone watch The Next Food Network Star last year? One of the contestants’ challenge in the last episode was to make a summer grilling recipe, and the winner of the challenge got their recipe featured on the cover of the July 2007 issue of Bon Appetit magazine. Rory nailed it with her ribs, using […]

Beer Steamed Clams
