Guy Fieri Goes Camping
When it comes to Get Your Grill On, sometimes we overlook one of the best ways to cook over the open flame … while camping! With the weather starting to finally get warmer in the Northeast for me, ’tis the season for open campfires, Cub Scouts and s’mores.
Food Network’s most renegade celebrity chef, Guy Fieri, is a fan of camping himself, believe it or not, and often packs up his wife and two young sons to hit the open road in search for their next spot to cook underneath the stars. In a recent issue of Sunset magazine, he shared a few of his family favorites, destined to become your favorites as well. Gaucho Steaks with a Chimichurri Sauce, Chili Lime Corn and even a Berry Camping Cake - dig in!

We made the steak and corn on a camping trip a couple of weeks ago, and they were both great. The chimichurri was especially good, better than some other recipes I’ve used!
