Recipe Idea - Dutch Oven Pizza!
Ingredients:
- 2-3 tubes refrigerated biscuits
- 3/4 to 1 Cup Pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 - 2 Cups Cheese
- Pizza toppings - pepperoni, olives, sausage, pineapple, onions, peppers
Instructions:
In a 12″ or 14″ Dutch oven, press enough refrigerated biscuits onto the bottom of a lightly oiled Dutch oven to cover the bottom. Evenly spread pizza sauce on top of biscuits. Top sauce with cheese, and your favorite toppings. To cook place 6 charcoals on the bottom outside edge of Dutch oven. On the top of the Dutch oven place a ring of 18 charcoals around the outside edge, and two near the handle to get an even heat. Check pizza after 25 minutes, and cook until cheese is melted and biscuits are golden brown.
