					<description>Hi Robert,

I have to admit that I'm not Marco Pierre White but I bet it got your attention…lol.

I could not agree more. I live in the UK and the situation here has got to the point where I doubt any of the top chefs are spending any time in their kitchens. Every channel is showing the same chefs doing dozens of different programmes.

My food hero Marco Pierre White has even got in on the act. After years of avoiding the media he agreed to do Hell's Kitchen, fare enough if it was great TV, but still a little sad to see this cooking legend, joining the TV chef ranks.

To top it all, last week Marco started a new show, Marco's Great British Feast, being my hero I decided to start a blog to comment on the show, but I am starting wonder if I should have bothered.

The show is sponsored by Knorr stock cubes, so what did Marco suggest doing in the first show? You guessed it, don't bother making fresh stock just use a knorr stock cube, he said, I nearly choked. If he is willing to go to such lengths for his moment on TV, then every other chef in the country is going to follow suit.

Sorry, I think I have moaned enough.

PS I love anything to do food or cooking, so now I have to go and read all the other sites in your group..lol

All the best
Marco!</description>
