Pigtrip:
All the meats were tender and not dry. As far as flavor is concerned you could not taste anything other than the sauce. There is not a chance I would ever go back. I usually give a restaurant two tries, not this time.

Scott:
The waitress was great until the end. She actually was very nice, while trying to get us to leave.

Sounds like typical lack luster customer service. What does it take to get some good BBQ that you can sauce yourself and a waitress without an attitude?

A few warning signs:

- multiple locations
- overly ambitious menu
- "best of" claim with no specifics

Larry, how were the meats aside from the sauce/smoke issues?
