					<description>I'm Intrigued by the tagine method and own an egg...been thinking about getting one but was wondering if the cooking method is actually a little redundant since the BGE is essentially delivering and maintaining moisture which appears to be the big deal with the tagine cookers?  Thoughts?</description>
