If you review another rub, I'd like to recommend Texas BBQ Rub (TexasBBQRub.com). It's a past winner at the American Royal and is successfully used in competitions. At the time I received Rod's Rub I decided to try to change my eating habits and loose weight. Now I use Rod's Rub on Chicken and fish. I love the flavor and subsequently have decreased my intake of red meat. Now I am 30 pounds lighter in part due to Rod's Rub. For a special treat I will put Rod's Rub on pop-corn - now that's delicious! I received Rod’s Rub Original as a gift 3 months ago and I love it! I am glad to see such a positive review of the original. My favorite is the Steak-Out. I do not like red meat but I LOVE steak-out on tilapia and other fishes. I also love In the Black for shrimp.
