Old Bay Remoulade Sauce


4 Cups Heavy Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh Squeezed
1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
3 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
4 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tsp Chopped Capers
1 Tsp Hot Pepper Sauce

Mix all together and let stand for 30 minutes. This sauce goes well with a variety of grilled seafood, most certainly lobster, swordfish or mako shark.
