Some Like It Hot


  • Shaved Roast Beef
  • Sliced Jarlsburg Swiss or Vermont Cheddar
  • Shaved Red Onion
  • Leaf Lettuce
  • Sliced Tomato
  • W/Chipotle Hot Sauce & Horseradish Mayo
  • Hearty Marble Rye, French Roll or Ciabatta Bread

Take 4 oz of shaved beef, 2 oz of sliced cheese and place on the bottom of the roll or slice of bread. Top with shaved red onion, sliced tomato, leaf lettuce and smear all over with as much sauce as you desire.

Cover with top slice of bread or roll and wrap in heavy duty aluminum foil and place on the grill with other sandwiches. Cook over medium flame for 5-8 minutes, rotating frequently.

Remove from grill open sandwich and enjoy. Dress with sandwich relish, banana peppers, or sweet peepers for added color and flavor.
