Old Bay Remoulade Sauce
- 4 Cups Heavy Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh Squeezed
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 3 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 4 Tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tsp Chopped Capers
- 1 Tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
Mix all together and let stand for 30 minutes. This sauce goes well with a variety of grilled seafood, most certainly lobster, swordfish or mako shark.
