Old Bay Remoulade Sauce


  • 4 Cups Heavy Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh Squeezed
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 3 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 4 Tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Capers
  • 1 Tsp Hot Pepper Sauce

Mix all together and let stand for 30 minutes. This sauce goes well with a variety of grilled seafood, most certainly lobster, swordfish or mako shark.
