					<description>YEAH !!! He shoots he scores. Ya know, I've always enjoyed the really cajunny spices. The spicier/hotter the better, that's why I figured this bird would fall short of my own personal tastes. It was around the 3.5 to 4 hour mark that I was assured there were plenty of good flavors in there. I was right, numm numms!
