Bringing New Flavors to Your Grilling

Always on the look out for new flavors for the grill, I have a couple of new tastes for you to try out.tandoori-paste.jpg

The folks at Williams-Sonoma have a new grilling paste that you may be interested in checking out. Tandoori Grilling Paste comes from the popular Indian cook, Maya Kaimal. The paste is flavored with chile, cumin, fennel and smoked paprika, and is a quick and easy way to make authentic tandoori-style chicken and vegetables right from your grill.

A 10 oz jar retails for $10 and can be found both in Williams-Sonoma retail locations and online.

For $9 for a 10-pack, you can flavor your food from the inside out with flavors that pack a punch like Thai Coconut Lime, Honey Bourbon and Citrus Rosemary, among others. Use when grilling, roasting, pan searing and even baking. Available from the fine folks at Sur La Table.
