					<description>Started rotissering-que a few months ago, and after reading a few site thought mustard was a must before rubbing.  Turned out they can't taste the mustard and it keeps the rub in place even with the drippens...Best of luck ..Brother Tom..</description>

					<description>I agree that slathers make a difference.  I've started using mustard slathers on chicken leg quarters at home.  My wife HATES all kinds of mustard, but she loves that chicken.
