Frank, glad to hear someone tried it out... It's one of those simple pleasures, when you find something so easy to do that's just so good.

Kate, the only fruit that I have found I didn't care for grilled was mango... It gets too mushy too quickly.  With berries, you have to be quick, but it can add a nice flavor.  Peaches take grill marks really well, too, and are great with a touch of cinnamon and turbinado sugar.</description>

					<description>I just made a Malai chicken tikka recipe today which marinated the chicken in a combination of pureed pineapple and cardamom.  The second half of the pineapple went on the BBQ.  Thanks for the suggestion.</description>
