Monday’s Leftovers: Pulled Pork Stir Fry

This idea came from my friend Scotty D. While trying some Blues Hog Tennessee Red Sauce that I had, his first reaction was that it would be great in a stir fry. Dang if he wasn’t right! I added a couple tablespoons of soy sauce to 3/4 cup of the Blues Hog Tennessee Red sauce during that last couple of minutes of the stir fry just to finish it up. A sesame oil would work well in this, too. Sesame seeds, peanuts, or cashews could be added for texture and flavor. My stir fry used left over pulled pork that had been smoked for a BBQ contest a couple days earlier.
