Big Mama Burgers
Stopped by Joe’s Cajun Market for the first time this week and found these custom burgers. Joe’s is a small meat market where I live. The Big Mama is bacon wrapped ground chuck with Cajun seasoning. Had them for Sunday dinner and served again for guests the following Friday night. They were big hits with everyone.
The Big Daddy is the same burger with diced jalapenos stuffed inside. Fabulous!
