That's about it, but that's still a big step up from where it is at today. I think the BASS fishing tour is a much better analogy and target for comp BBQ. Plus, I've never had to wear a jock strap while cooking BBQ. Its not a sport. Comp BBQ will never rival NASCAR. It can only go so far. Even FoodTV is covering BBQ competitions less and less.
