I could not believe the taste of my mixture. It goes by the recipe but it surely has a different taste when you're over it. Muntazir - Tanzania.

Todd, I'm glad it went over well. Ever had a problem with the stone cracking on the grill? I've thought about giving it a try, but I'm afraid that with the charcoal grill it will heat up too quick.

I used your crust recipe for tonights Superbowl/3rd Birthday pizzas. Had raves from all our guests about each pizza, but especially the crust.

I used pizza stones on my smoker and my gas grill cooking two at once. I think I'm going to invest in some screens. Moving the pizzas to the stone was a pain.

A tip... don't use the wife's favorite pizza stone on the grill or smoker. They turn black and I cracked one in three seperate pieces. ;-)

I too hate using a peel.
What I do is to use either a scrreen or a screen over a pizza stone.
I oil the screen with a mixture of Liquid lecithin and salad oil and brush it on the screen.
The rratio is 2/3 cup of canola and 1/3 cup of lecithin. Shake it up.
This is the same as Pam and you wont have over spray.
I use the mixture also for bread baking and pan pizza. Never had any sticking.
Use it to oil the grill when barbecuing. Makes for easier cleanup.

Scott, I love this post. Cate suggested I cross-post it, so it's also up on Kids Cuisine.
