					<description>No Steam infusion in this oven. It is made of terracota material. It would crack with moisture. I would suggest drinking an "Anchor Steam Beer" while cooking. That is my method of infusion. Peace, Paul</description>

					<description>Steam infusion?  Like a cast iron loaf pan with water in the oven as well?

I wish I could afford it.  The darned thing is so well designed and easy to use.  I'm going to have to bring a chicken over to CB's and see what that's like.
